No need to pay Toll Tax, State Tax or other similar taxes to the driver in 1way Bookings. Parking charges are excluded and will have to be paid directly to the driver
The booking will be for a particular cab category (SUV/Sedan/Hatchback/etc.) and we do not commit on providing the preferred cab (Etios, Innova, etc.)
Once you exceed the km limit for your trip, you shall be charged at Rs 10/km
Driver shall wait for 45 min. Post that booking will be marked as No Show and it will be non-refundable. Waiting charges would be applicable after the cab reaches the boarding point. The first 15 minutes are free but post that the charge is Rs 2 per minute and this amount has to be paid to the driver directly.
The AC will remain switched off in hilly areas
Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported to SwanTravels within 48 hours of travel time
SwanTravels reserves the right to cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy
Post 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, an additional night charge (approx. Rs 250/night) will be applicable. These charges should be directly paid to the driver
Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins
Please mention your complete pickup address to avoid delayed pickup
Driver details will be shared up to 2 hrs prior to departure. If booking is made within 6 hrs of departure time, then driver details will be shared up to 1 hr before departure.
You can accommodate 1 bag in Hatchback, 2 bags in Sedan and 3 bags in SUV
We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle like Petrol, Diesel or CNG. Cab will be provided on the basis of availability.
You are not allowed to take pets with you inside the cab
SwanTravels will not be held responsible for any cancellation and delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.
In the event of cancellation of a cab trip, SwanTravels liability will be limited only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the e-ticket
You are solely responsible for managing your own travel schedule. SwanTravels will not be liable for any compensation if you happen to miss your scheduled flight, train or bus due to delay pickup, traffic jam or delay due to any other reason during the trip
In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up
Please collect the receipts from driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges or extra km paid directly to the driver during the trip. SwanTravels is not liable to provide invoices for such amount
CAB/TAXI Cancellation :
Cancellation charge will be Rs.1000 after the vehicle reaches your address.
Cancellation charge will be Rs.500 if canceled within 2 hours to 6 hours from pickup time
No cancellation charges if canceled 6 hours prior to pickup time.
